    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Coat a deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray.

    Combine brown sugar, white sugar, flour, lemon, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Gently fold in the apples and raisins until they are coated.
