    Make the salad: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shell pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly firm, about 9 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water to cool the pasta, and drain again.

    Transfer the drained pasta to a large bowl. Add the Asiago, salami, pepperoni, tomatoes, bell peppers, and olives. Sprinkle the dry dressing mix over the top and stir until everything is evenly combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, oregano, parsley, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cover and set aside until ready to serve.
