Cheddar and Artichoke Baked Frittata
Cheddar and Artichoke Baked Frittata is rich and hearty, with tangy marinated artichokes balanced by sharp, melty cheese and a subtle crunch from saltine crumbs. Fresh parsley and green onions lift the flavor, while a hint of garlic and hot sauce adds gentle warmth. Serve it warm for brunch, a light lunch, or as a make-ahead party bite.
