    In a small bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, sherry, soy sauce, barbeque sauce, green onions, garlic, and ginger.

    Slice the flank steak across the grain on a diagonal into 1/4 inch pieces.

    Place the slices in a 1 gallon resealable plastic bag.

    Pour the hoisin sauce mixture over the slices and mix well.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

    Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.

    Discard the marinade and thread the steak onto skewers.
