    Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).

    In a small bowl, stir together the milk and salt. In another bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and thyme.

    Dip the haddock fillets into the milk, then press them into the crumb mixture to coat. Set the haddock fillets in a glass baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
