Glazed Balsamic Chicken Breasts
Glazed Balsamic Chicken Breasts feature tender pan-seared chicken coated in a tangy-sweet reduction that balances rich balsamic notes with a hint of garlic and herbs. The glossy sauce clings to each bite, making it ideal for a weeknight dinner or a simple dinner party entrée served with greens or roasted vegetables.

Assemble all the ingredients.

In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, sugar, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes on each side.
- 3
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Take the chicken out of the marinade, keeping the marinade. Place the chicken in the hot skillet and cook until browned and no longer pink inside, about 7 minutes per side.
- 4
Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet. Cook until the sauce slightly thickens, turning the chicken breasts once or twice, about 5 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a chicken breast should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
