Banana Apple Bread

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease two 7x3-inch loaf pans.

    Make the bread: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

    In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar and melted butter until smooth. Mix in the eggs one at a time, then add the yogurt and vanilla. Gradually stir in the flour mixture just until combined.

    Fold in the bananas, apples, and walnuts until combined, leaving small pieces of banana visible in the batter; do not overmix. Divide the batter evenly, pouring 1/2 into each prepared pan.

    Make the topping: In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, white sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon until it looks like coarse crumbs.

    Sprinkle 1/2 of the topping over each loaf. Garnish each loaf with banana and apple slices.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then remove and cover each pan with aluminum foil.

    Return to the oven and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes.
