Sweet-Heat Bang Bang Salmon

    Gather all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Set the salmon filets on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle them with 1/8 teaspoon salt.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha (R). Spoon half of the sauce over the filets; set aside the remaining sauce for serving.

    Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Switch the broiler to High and broil until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 6 minutes.

    Meanwhile, for the salad, mix the cucumber, avocado, cilantro, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and lime juice in a separate bowl.
