Barbequed Pineapple
Barbequed Pineapple features juicy rings soaked in a spiced rum and brown sugar marinade, then grilled until caramelized with smoky char marks. Warm cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves accent the fruit’s natural sweetness for a dessert or cookout side that tastes both tropical and toasty. Serve at summer gatherings or as a flavorful finish to a grilled meal.
