    In a bowl, combine the flour, coconut oil, sugar, salt, and the yeast mixture. Knead until the dough is silky-smooth.

    Place the dough in a large, lightly oiled bowl and turn it to coat.

    Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan.
