Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Slice 1 loaf of baguette into 24 even rounds, brush each lightly with 2 tbsp of Olive Oil, and arrange on a baking sheet.

Toast the oiled rounds in the preheated oven until just crisp for 5 to 8 minutes. Meanwhile, slice 0.75 lb of Brie Cheese into 24 equal pieces; remove the toasted bread, top each round with 1 piece of 0.75 lb of Brie Cheese, and return to the oven to melt the cheese for about 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven's broiler and position the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source. In an ovenproof casserole, combine 24 whole of Oyster, 0.25 cups of Melted Butter, any remaining 2 tbsp of Olive Oil, 1 pinch of To Taste Salt, and 1 pinch of To Taste Black Pepper, stirring to coat evenly.

Broil until the oysters just begin to curl at the edges for about 5 minutes. Remove; place one 24 whole of Oyster on each Brie-topped crostini, add 1 whole of Red Bell Pepper strips on top, and serve warm.
