Italian-Style Sliced Beef Tagliata showcases seared New York strip, thinly carved and contrasted with peppery arugula, bright lemon, and a silky drizzle of olive oil and balsamic. Juicy steak meets salty Parmesan, sweet grape tomatoes, and crisp red onion for a balanced plate that feels both rustic and elegant. Serve it for a refined weeknight dinner or as a shareable starter at a casual gathering.

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grate.

  2. 2

Season both sides of each steak with Himalayan pink salt.

  3. 3

Place the steaks on the preheated grill and cook for 4 minutes, then flip and grill for 4 more minutes. Transfer them to a cutting board and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the arugula in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Add the tomatoes, cheese, and red onion, then toss to coat.

  5. 5

Thinly slice the steaks. Divide the steak and salad between two plates. Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar over each salad and serve right away.
