Beef Yakitori

Appetizer 🧄Dinner 🍽️Lunch 🥪 Japanese 🇯🇵 High-Protein 💪Carnivore 🥩

Beef Yakitori features juicy sirloin cubes marinated in soy, ginger, garlic, and a touch of lemon, then skewered and grilled until lightly charred and glossy. The balance of savory-sweet flavors with toasty sesame notes makes it ideal for a weeknight dinner or casual cookout, served hot off the grill with a sprinkle of green onion.

If using wooden skewers, soak them for 30 minutes first.

Cover and chill for a minimum of 4 hours.

Preheat the grill to high heat, and set the grate 5 inches from the coals.
