    Place the bottom crust in a 9 inch pie pan. In a medium bowl, crumble the remaining pie crust into the bowl with the brown sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon zest. Mix with your hands until the dough forms pea-size crumbs. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine the blackberries, white sugar, flour, and 1 tablespoon lemon zest. Fill the bottom pie crust with the blackberry mixture. Sprinkle the crumb topping over the mixture and dot with the butter.
