    In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over all sides of the pork loin for 1 minute. Place the pork in a slow cooker.

    Stir together the brown sugar, bourbon, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl, then pour over the pork loin. Close the slow cooker.

    Cook on Low until the pork is tender, 8 to 10 hours. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Combine with the bacon.
