    Assemble all the ingredients.

    Steep the tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, pour the remaining 3 cups of boiling water into a 9x13-inch pan. Stir in the sugar until it dissolves. Stir in the brandy, lemonade concentrate, and orange juice concentrate until combined.

    Remove the tea bags and stir the tea into the brandy mixture.

    Freeze for 8 hours to overnight.

    To serve, scoop the desired amount into a glass. Fill the glass with lemon-lime soda, then stir.
