    Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Add the tapioca flour to a medium bowl.

    Combine the water, oil, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the hot oil mixture into the flour mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until the batter is combined. Let it cool slightly. Fold the egg, yogurt, and Parmesan cheese into the batter.

    Lightly oil your hands and shape the batter into 12 balls; place them on a nonstick baking sheet.

    Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
