Bread Machine Rolls bake up soft and fluffy with a tender, golden crust brushed from a simple egg-white wash. The dough mixes and rises right in the machine for consistent texture, then bakes into light, pull-apart rolls ideal for dinner or small sandwiches. Bread Machine Rolls

    Assemble all the ingredients.

    Add bread flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, 1 cup warm water, butter, and yeast to the bread machine in the order listed, or follow the order recommended by the manufacturer if it is different.

    Choose the Dough cycle and press Start.

    While the dough cycle runs, lightly grease a baking sheet.

    Take the dough out of the machine, press it down to deflate, and place it on a lightly floured surface.

    Cut the dough into 12 equal portions, shape them into rounds, and set them on the prepared baking sheet.

    Cover with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in size, about 40 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Stir together egg white and 2 tablespoons water in a small bowl, then lightly brush the mixture over the tops of the risen rolls.

    Bake in the preheated oven until the rolls are golden brown, about 15 minutes.
