    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

    Put the flour in one bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until well combined, and place the bread crumbs in another bowl. Stir the lemon pepper, parsley, garlic powder, dill, and Italian-style seasoning into the bread crumbs.

    Dip each chop in the flour and shake off any excess, then dip into the egg and milk mixture, and finally coat each chop generously with the bread crumbs.

    Arrange the chops in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish and pour in water as needed, just enough to cover the bottom of the dish.

    Bake for 40 minutes, then lower the heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake for 20 more minutes.
