Assemble all the ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat it with cooking spray. Grease a separate sheet of aluminum foil and set it aside.

Combine the ground beef and onion soup mix in a large skillet; cook and stir over medium-high heat until the beef is crumbly and evenly browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard the excess grease.

Take the skillet off the heat; stir in the Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise.

Arrange the roll bottoms on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the beef mixture onto each bottom; top with the bread roll tops. Cover the sliders with the greased sheet of aluminum foil.
