    In a large bowl, beat the sugar, puréed cantaloupe, oil, eggs, and vanilla with an electric mixer until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and ginger. Stir the flour mixture into the cantaloupe mixture until combined, then divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.

    Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the centers of the loaves comes out clean, about 1 hour.

    Meanwhile, prepare the praline glaze: Combine the brown sugar and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for about 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until smooth.
