    Preheat the broiler to 500 degrees and coat a broiling pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    Brush both sides of the fillets with lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper, and place the fillets flat side up on the prepared pan.

    In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, butter, and mayonnaise.
