    In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chervil, Italian herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper, then mix with a fork.

    Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture. Cook until the egg begins to set, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with dried basil and place the sliced Gouda cheese on top. Use a spatula to cut it into 2 halves. Fold each omelette in half and flip them. Cook for another minute. Serve garnished with fresh basil.
