    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Put the butter in a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

    Set the casserole dish in the preheating oven until the butter melts, about 5 minutes.

    Lay the onion slices across the bottom of the casserole dish. Set the cod skin-side down on top of the onion. Evenly sprinkle the seasoned salt over the top.

    Stir the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, and fresh parsley together in a bowl. Spread the mixture over the cod.

    Bake in the preheated oven until the cod flakes easily with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes.
