Chef John's Cheddar Popovers bake up tall with shattering, golden shells and a custardy, egg-rich center. A hint of cayenne adds gentle warmth while melted Cheddar lends a savory finish, making them perfect alongside roast dinners, holiday spreads, or as an impressive brunch bread.
