    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Generously grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

    To make the bread: In a large mixing bowl, beat the flour, sugar, buttermilk, eggs, oil, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda until well combined, about 3 minutes. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

    To make the topping: In a small bowl, stir the sugar, butter, and cinnamon together until crumbly; sprinkle over the batter. Use a paring knife to swirl the batter to create a marbled effect.

    Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
