    Assemble all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Cook the beef in a deep cast iron skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles, until no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off the excess grease.

    Stir in the taco seasoning, tomatoes with green chilies, corn, and chili beans. Mix in the Cheddar cheese.

    Combine the cornbread mix, egg, and milk in a bowl, then stir until mixed. Spread the batter over the beef mixture.
