Baked Crab Rangoon Bites
  1. 1

Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. 2

Mix the cream cheese, crabmeat, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce together in a bowl.

  3. 3

To keep the wonton wrappers from drying out, assemble only one or two rangoon at a time and keep the remaining wrappers under a damp towel.

  4. 4

Spoon 1 teaspoon of the crab filling into the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold diagonally to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal and pushing out any air pockets.

  5. 5

Moisten one of the bottom corners. Pull both bottom corners together to form a crown and seal. Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers and crab filling.

  6. 6

Place the rangoon on the baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking spray.

  7. 7

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
