    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

    In a large bowl, combine the apples, sugar, and oil. Add the egg and mix well. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir the flour mixture into the wet ingredients just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in the cranberries and walnuts. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
