    Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Add the cranberries and walnuts; stir until they are well coated.

    In a medium bowl, mix the orange juice, egg, oil, and zest until combined. Pour this over the flour mixture; stir just until blended. Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
