Crunchy Air-Fried Deviled Eggs

    Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and transfer the yolks to a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork until smooth. Set the filling aside.

    Put the flour in a small bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg with the hot sauce. Place the panko in a third bowl.

    Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) following the manufacturer's directions.

    Rinse the egg whites and set them on a clean work surface. Drop them into the bowl of flour and toss to coat. Dip them into the beaten egg, then into the panko.

    Arrange the breaded egg whites in the air fryer basket. Spray the tops with cooking spray. Cook for 3 minutes. Flip and spray the tops with more cooking spray. Cook for 4 minutes more.

    Transfer the egg whites to a serving tray and spoon the yolk mixture into the centers.
