Dynamite
This Rhode Island classic packs a peppery kick, with saucy ground beef and tender onions and peppers simmered low and slow for deep, robust flavor. Dynamite is hearty and a little fiery, perfect piled into torpedo rolls and enjoyed with a cold beer at game day gatherings or casual weeknight dinners.

Put the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the green pepper, red pepper, yellow onion, and red onion to the skillet, and cook until the meat is evenly browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain the excess grease from the pan.

Move the mixture to a slow cooker, and stir in the tomato paste, water, and red pepper flakes. Cover and cook on Low for at least 4 hours. I usually let it cook for 12. The longer it simmers, the spicier it becomes. Spoon into torpedo rolls and serve.
