Easy Asparagus

Side Dish 🥗 American Vegetarian 🥦

Easy Asparagus brings tender spears sautéed with onion and garlic, then brightened with a splash of dry white wine. A final dusting of Parmesan and crushed whole-wheat crackers adds salty depth and a delicate crunch. It’s a quick, vibrant side for weeknights that pairs well with roasted chicken or grilled fish.
