Quick Curried Couscous

    Place the couscous in a large bowl; set it aside.

    Combine the chicken stock, curry powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, and raisins in a large saucepan and bring to a boil; remove from heat and pour the boiling liquid over the couscous. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it sit for 10 minutes.
