    Put the potatoes in a large pot, cover with salted water, and bring to a boil.

    Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes.

    Drain the potatoes and set them aside.

    Warm the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

    Add the onion and pepper flakes; cook, stirring, until the onion is soft, 5 to 7 minutes.

    Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

    Raise the heat to medium-high and add the potatoes, tomatoes, and white wine.

    Bring to a simmer; cook for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking up the tomatoes with a spoon.

    Pour in the fish stock and return to a simmer.

    Nestle the white fish into the broth and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add the clams, shrimp, and calamari; simmer until the shrimp are pink and the clams have opened, 3 to 5 minutes.

    Remove and discard any clams that did not open.

    Take the pot off the heat, then stir in the basil, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice; season with salt and black pepper.
