    Dissolve the egg substitute in warm water. Put all the ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order the manufacturer recommends. Choose the Whole Wheat cycle and Regular bake time, then press Start.

    After 5 minutes, check how the dough is kneading; it may need 1 tablespoon of flour or 1 tablespoon of water, depending on the consistency. When the bread is finished, let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
