    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning now and then, until it begins to brown, about 5 minutes; drain the bacon slices on paper towels.

    Line 6 cups of a nonstick muffin tin with the bacon slices, then chop any remaining bacon slices and sprinkle them over the bottom of each cup.

    Whisk the eggs, milk, butter, parsley, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl, then stir in the ham and mozzarella cheese.

    Pour the egg mixture into the bacon-lined cups and top with the Gouda cheese.
