    Whisk the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, onion, red pepper flakes, dry mustard, salt, thyme, black pepper, garlic, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl, then pour the mixture into a resealable plastic bag.

    Add the venison steaks, coat them with the marinade, press out excess air, and seal the bag.

    Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

    Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

    Remove the venison from the marinade and shake off the excess.

    Discard the remaining marinade.

    Grill the steaks on the preheated grill until they are firm, hot in the center, and just starting to turn from pink to gray, about 5 minutes per side.

    Check with an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center; it should read 150 degrees F (65 degrees C).
