Everything Deviled Eggs

    Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water.

    Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat, and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 15 minutes.

    Take the eggs out of the hot water, cool them under cold running water, and peel.

    Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and set the whites aside.

    Place the yolks in a mini blender or food processor and pulse several times until finely chopped.

    Add yogurt, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar, then blend until smooth.

    Transfer the yolk mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip and pipe the filling into the egg whites (or use a spoon to stuff the filling into the egg whites).

    Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and garnish with sliced scallions.

    Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
