Firecracker Shrimp

    Assemble all the ingredients.

    Mix together sweet chili sauce, lime zest, lime juice, sriracha, and soy sauce.

    Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season the shrimp with salt.

    In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with cornstarch to coat.

    Heat oil in a wok or extra-large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until opaque, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the wok.

    Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and bring it to a boil.

    Return the shrimp to the wok and toss to coat.

    Serve the Firecracker Shrimp over rice. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
