Baguette-Style Pizza

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup, and set it aside.

    Using a serrated knife, cut the French bread in half, then slice each half lengthwise to make 4 pizzas. Lightly brush the cut sides of the bread with olive oil and place them on the baking sheet.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 4 minutes.

    Remove from the oven; spread pizza sauce over each piece of bread, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add your favorite toppings, pressing them in slightly to help them stick.
