Garlic, Basil, and Bacon Deviled Eggs

    Arrange the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and add enough water to cover them by 1 inch.

    Cover the saucepan and bring the water to a boil over high heat.

    Take the saucepan off the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 15 minutes.

    Drain the water.

    Cool the eggs under cold running water.

    Peel the eggs once they are cold.

    Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a bowl.

    Mash the yolks with the pressed garlic using a fork.

    Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes.
