Roasted Garlic Brie with Red Pepper Jelly

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Slice the Brie cheese wheel in half horizontally to make 2 thinner wheels. Spread the garlic on the cut side of the bottom wheel; add 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper jelly on top. Set the top Brie wheel over it, cut side down. Spread the remaining 1 tablespoon red pepper jelly over the top Brie and place it in a round casserole dish.

    Bake in the preheated oven until the rind starts to soften, about 15 minutes.
