Dinner 🍽️Lunch 🥪 Chinese 🇨🇳Japanese 🇯🇵Hawaiian High-Protein 💪Low-CarbPescatarian 🐟

Ginger Swordfish pairs meaty, grill-kissed steaks with a savory-sweet glaze of teriyaki, dry sherry, garlic, and fresh ginger, rounded by a hint of sesame. The fish stays tender and aromatic, with caramelized edges and bright ginger notes. Ideal for a weeknight dinner or a casual cookout when you want bold flavor with minimal fuss.

Ginger Swordfish
  1. 1

In a large saucepan, mix together teriyaki sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil. Set the marinade aside to cool for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

Place the fish in a shallow baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the marinade over the fish. Turn the fish over and pour the remaining marinade on the fish. Coat the entire fish with the marinade. Refrigerate the fish for 1 1/2 hours, turning the fish over often.

  3. 3

Grill the fish over medium-high heat for 4 minutes. Turn the fish over and grill it for another 4 minutes. The fish should flake easily with a fork when done. Serve hot!
