Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then immediately remove from the heat. Cover and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove them from the hot water, cool, and peel. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, onion, and ham until well combined. Spoon the mixture onto the eggs, covering the tops. Place the eggs in a small baking dish. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with bread crumbs on top.
