Greek Quinoa
Greek Quinoa is a lively salad where fluffy grains meet briny Kalamata olives, tangy feta, and sweet cherry tomatoes, all glossed with olive oil and brightened by fresh basil. It’s refreshing yet satisfying, great served chilled or at room temperature for potlucks, picnics, or casual lunches.
