    Assemble all the ingredients.

    Preheat the grill to high heat.

    In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper, and sea salt.

    Sprinkle the seasonings over the fish.

    In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with the garlic and parsley. Once the butter has melted, remove from the heat and set aside.

    Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the fish for 7 minutes, then flip and drizzle with the butter. Cook for another 7 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
