Grilled Spiced Corn on the Cob with Lemon

    Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate so the 8 whole of Corn doesn’t stick.

    In a small bowl, mix 2 tsp of Ground Cumin, 2 tsp of Ground Coriander, 1 tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of Sugar, 1 tsp of Chili Powder, 0.5 tsp of Ground Ginger, 0.25 tsp of Ground Cinnamon, 0.25 tsp of Black Pepper, and 0.125 tsp of Ground Cloves; set aside.

    Slice 1 whole of Lemon into 8 wedges; set aside.

    Brush the husked 8 whole of Corn evenly with 2 tbsp of Olive Oil so it coats all sides.

    Place the oiled 8 whole of Corn on the hot grill and cook, turning every few minutes, until lightly browned on all sides, about 00:15:00.
