Grinder Sliders
Grinder Sliders stack soft Hawaiian rolls with layers of ham, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, and melty provolone and mozzarella, then crown it all with a tangy, crunchy Italian-style lettuce salad. Each bite balances savory meats, creamy cheese, and a zippy vinaigrette with pepperoncini heat. Serve warm for game day, casual parties, or a hearty weeknight treat.

- 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2
Whisk the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, submarine dressing, and mustard in a large bowl until smooth. Add the onions, pepperoncini, basil, oregano, and black pepper, and toss to combine. Add the lettuce and gently toss the salad. Taste and add more seasoning if desired; set aside.
- 3
Without separating the rolls, slice the whole pack in half horizontally with a serrated knife. Place both halves, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the surfaces of the rolls with olive oil.
- 4
Layer the ham, then the prosciutto on the roll bottoms. Arrange the salami and pepperoni evenly over the roll tops. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
- 5
Remove from the oven and lay the provolone over the prosciutto. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the pepperoni, then return to the oven. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- 6
Transfer both halves to a cutting board. Spoon the salad over the provolone, then layer the tomatoes over the salad. Carefully place the roll tops over the bottoms. Slice into individual sliders. Serve warm.
