    Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic; cook and stir in the hot skillet until the beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard the grease. Add mushrooms, oregano, hot sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.

    Stir in spinach, condensed soup, and sour cream; cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
